Administration Assistant

Dealing with a team of up to 10 trainers who work off site. Main responsibilities will be ordering and recording Examination papers, sending the requested papers to the trainers and receiving the completed papers in to send to the awarding body.
A particular eye for detail is required for the record keeping element. Communicating with colleagues via telephone and email, and with external clients via telephone will play a major part of the role.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will also be required to enrol students onto Learndirect courses, and be able to navigate the Learndirect website. Other admin tasks as required.

Health & Safety Administration Assistant

Job content includes:-
- Researching specific information using internet, written materials and contacts and collating key points for briefing Head of Health & Safety
- Printing, copying & collating paperwork
- Typing Reports and inserting photo evidence from notes using Company templates
- Printing / copying and maintaining stocks of standard documents
- Assist is setting up and improving systems to be time efficient
- Taking messages and deal with Client enquiries
- Send and chase memos & organise documents for posting & keeping files up to date
- Liaising by telephone / email and booking appointments for the Head of H&S
- Other admin tasks as required.
Attributes required
- Good standard of English language / competent IT user
- Organised tidy and neat work / attention to detail
- Able to work diligently on own initiative and manage time effectively to meet required deadlines once tasks have been delegated
- Willing to undertake health & safety related training in order to gain a reasonable understanding of the subject
- Good telephone manner & accurate message taking skills
CMT Services will in return offer full support to complete the Business Administration NVQ with Somerset County Training, and would offer the right person continued employment after the completion of their NVQ.
Health and Safety Trainer Required
We are currently looking to recruit a Health and Safety Trainer to work in HMP Gloucester. This position is initially part-time but with opportunities to become full-time.
The successful candidate will be required to hold a NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or above, and also a recognised Teacher/Trainer Qualification.
A CIEH Food Safety/Hygiene qualification would be an added advantage as there could also be a requirement to deliver Food Safety/Hygiene Training.

Full Time Vocational Trainer / Teachers Required

We are looking to recruit qualified teachers or trainers to deliver vocational programmes in Foundation Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid and Manual Handling, in local prisons.
Successful candidates will hold either a teaching or training qualification. Subject knowledge, although preferred is not essential as full training will be provided by the company.
Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
