Is your business unable to justify employing a full time Health & Safety Advisor?

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 demand that you MUST appoint a competent source of health and safety advice. In addition, your insurance company assumes that you have met this duty when granting policy cover. This service will help you meet your legal duty by providing policies, procedures and targeted risk assessments.

We provide back-up to your existing health & safety arrangements if you have a Health and Safety Adviser on-board who is not a Corporate Member of The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Any person who has qualified for full membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (carry the letters MIOSH), would be regarded in law as a ‘competent person’ and we can provide on-going technical support if you cannot justify employing a full time Competent Person.

This service provides everything your business needs in health & safety in one package!
