See what our learners have to say

Luke, having completed the Employablility course at our Taunton centre said....

"It was good. I loved every minute of it and I feel better about interviews and doing my CV and cover letter."

Tony, who also completed one of our employability programs at our new Weston centre, had this to say about his time with us...

“I found that  a lot has changed since I last looked for work.  These courses have given me a very good insight into how to look for a job, the various places to search and then the type of CV / cover letter required.  I feel much more equipped to gain employment now.”

Ian, who also did employability and customer services with us said...

"I have learnt more about getting a job and doing it well. The most important thing I feel I have gained is feeling optimistic about my chances of finding employment. If I were asked about any improvements that could be made to CMT, it would be to increase their funding so that they could help more people. It was a great experience overall.

I felt happy and welcome here. All staff are pleasant. The tutors give plenty of encouragement and are easy to approach and ready to help."
