Course Aim

To provide employees at all levels with knowledge and skills to prevent and minimise the effects of fire in the workplace.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, successful candidates will be able to:

• Understand causes of fire in the workplace
• Describe methods of fire prevention and control
• Recognise the different types of fire extinguishers and their uses
• Recognise fire Safety signs and notice

Certification & Assessment

Assessment The candidates are continuously assessed for their understanding and participation in the course and expected to pass a multi choice question paper (20 minutes). Certification Safety Validation and Certification (SVC)
