Course Aim

This cousre aims to give you a good grounding in the basics of using a PC for general every day tasks, including word processing, spreadhseets, e-mail, etc. The course is delivered as an eCourse and can be done at one of our centers.

You can register for these courses on line by following these 3 simple steps

Step 1 - Register or log in

Go to: learndirect business (opens in a new window)

If you are a first-time user, click the register link. You will be asked to choose a user name and password, and to accept the learndirect Business terms and conditions. If you have already registered, click log in. You will then be asked to enter your user name and password.

Step 2 - Enrolling
Go to the ‘My courses' page and enter your enrolment key: which you will get when you sign up with us for this course The enrolment key is used only once. Once you have enrolled, you can access your course whenever you wish using your chosen user name and password.

Step 3 - Launch your course
To launch your course, click on the course title.
The course will open in a new window. Follow the on-screen instructions to begin your learning session. Your course is valid for six months and you can access it at any time.
