Course aim

To equip learners with the confidence, skills, knowledge and understanding to enter customer service focussed workplaces.

Course objectives and learning outcomes

The course will

  • Equip learners with customer service skills.

By the end of the course the successful candidate will be able to:

  • Understand the role and responsibilities of the customer service job role
  • Be able to deal with customer queries
  • Handle telephone calls
  • Understand the importance of appearance and behaviour.

Assessment

The learners will complete a portfolio of work which will be assessed
